• Delivery Policy

If you are not collecting an outfit from our retail store, we will endeavor to post out your order within 3 working days from the point in which your order is produced and ready to dispatch. Goods will only be delivered to the registered card holders address. A delivery charge will be applicable depending on location and on type of shipment requested ( i.e overnight express , next day delivery, etc.)
We will aim to get your outfit to you prior to your final date, however we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control.

• Refund / Return Policy

Goods once sold will not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless genuinely damaged, upon which they would have to be returned for inspection with 7 days.

Garments will be made to the same specification and quality as to the ones ordered, Slight variation in images, colours, fittings and embroideries may appear different on the website to which the ones you receive. This is due technical modifications in photo shoots and image editing. You may be able to view the outfit prior to ordering it, from our retail store. Online Discounts will not apply if you order from the retail store.



Full payment is required on ordered pieces.

Silk is a natural fibre, slubs & gentle shadings are characteristics of fine silk and are not defects.



Dry cleaning is recommended for silk, do not hand or machine wash silk, durability and colours are not guaranteed.

Embroideries have a lifetime, they will change in colour. We are not responsible for this natural effect.



Garments will be made according to the measurements you provide, if you would like  us to take your measurements, you will need to select this option when ordering, there will be an additional charge for this service.



Garments may require alterations, these are part of the order process. If you require alterations, you will need to select this option when ordering, there will be an additional  charge for this service.



Garments are made individually by hand. colours, embroideries, patterens and placements of patterns may vary from piece to piece, no outfit is exactly the same as another. No Refunds will be accepted for this.

• Cancellation Policy

Goods once ordered cannot be cancelled. Orders are deemed final upon payment and can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

• Privacy Policy

We do not store Customers financial details. Once a customer has successfully made a purchase for the goods required, the financial details are destroyed.

A receipt confirming the authorisation and card used will be kept on file for any future enquiries made by the customers bank or card issuer, these details will NOT be used for any further payments.

• Customer Registration

Customers who choose to register with our website and expressly provide us with their consent will receive, via electronic communication, announcements of new products, new content and events. At any time customers may choose to unsubscribe with us and the company will no longer deliver communications to that electronic address.
